Welcome to The Supermassive Podcast! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the podcast’s member content, which is made available through Supporting Cast (https://www.supportingcast.fm).
Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Access
By subscribing, you gain access to exclusive, members-only content produced by The Supermassive Podcast. This may include ad-free episodes, bonus content, or early releases, as described on our subscription page.
Subscriptions are managed by Supporting Cast, and your access is tied to the email address and/or device you use during sign-up.
2. Payment & Billing
Your subscription is billed through Stripe and processed by Supporting Cast. Payments are recurring and will be charged at the interval you selected (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time via the “Manage My Subscription” link in your confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you’ll continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
3. Use of Content
Content made available through The Supermassive Podcast subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any members-only content without prior written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All podcast episodes, bonus material, artwork, and other content are the property of The Supermassive Podcast and its creators. All rights are reserved.
5. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through Supporting Cast. Your continued use of the subscription service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
